Consistency is key, except when you’re consistently the worst Eegee location. The service is down right abysmal. Multiple 40 minute waits even when it is not busy. I’ve had 4 dashers cancel on a single order because this location is so terrible and takes so long. It has happened multiple times. Does not matter if you dine in, take out or get delivery, this location is awful. Definitely need to reconsider management and staff at this location.
This review is based on Eegee's Original Grinder. My sister-in-law bought me an Original Grinder for lunch. The sandwich is big. Not overstuffed (don't get me wrong, I like overstuffed sandwiches), but just the right amount of meat, veg and cheese to go with the bread. The sandwich had; ham, salami, provolone cheese, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, pickle, spices, peperoncini and their special sauce. The thing that stood out was the bread. It reminded me of Jimmy Johns sub rolls. Fresh, flavorful and does not tire you out while chewing. I don't understand all the negative reviews. My experience was 5 stars. Can't wait to try eegee's again on our next visit.
The slowest eegees that I have ever been to. Even when there were only 2 other customers at tables waiting for food, I waited a looooong time for just an eegee. And if you are ordering a sandwich and fries, forget about it. It's 15 minutes. There seems to be plenty of staff back there, so I'm not sure what the problem is. I think I've been there 5 or 6 times, and it's always the same way.
They really don't care that their bread is trash. Pizza pretzel was also cold and gross.
Very impressed. Just went for the first time, and I'm addicted to the cherry cider! The sandwiches we got were amazing, and the staff was very polite! I highly suggest!!!!!
I want to start with my order I went online to order one single thing a Christmas e.g. thank you for taking out the lights on my tree. So finally, I asked someone can I use their car cause I really wanted to try the famous e.g., I come to the store, a gentleman at the window, his name was Darrell, Darrell if you don’t lock your job, please get another one. Customer service is the most important thing to the survival of any restaurant. If you don’t like greeting customers when they have a problem you need to pick a new line of Work. I would like to address this to Kaylee Kaylee has tried her best to help me even when I called several times because when I called the several times Darrell we get on the phone and pretty much has no respect for your customers honey draws bees not attitude I want to thank Kaylee she’s sweet kind you need more people like her to work for your facility. Thank you Sarah from Austin Texas.
10/13/23 still give five stars and not my first visit BUT my worst.. nothing horrible but I suggest if you have the energy eegee that you make sure they stir it apparently that is not included in training as the person who made mine was being trained by someone SMH
