We went to celebrate our anniversary. From the very beginning to the very end, everything was fantastic. The valet, host, server, various staff, chef, and bartender; everyone were so kind and friendly. It's a lovely and warm interior fit for upscale dining but the staff are real salt-of-the-earth folk who make it feel like an absolute treat to be there. Anthony, our server, was so great and we wish the best of everything for him, and everyone there. I didn't catch the bartender's name but he makes amazing drinks. If you like a smoky scotch the Scotsman cocktail was to die for and the espresso martini was perfection. The food was everything we hoped for and more. The goat cheese and pear salad is exceptionally wonderful as a starter and had a great balance. The duck risotto was so tender and the filet mignon and foie gras was out of this world.

Came here with the family and none of our food had any flavor. Price was high and food wasn't worth it. Asked for a medium rare steak and they gave it to me well done. One side was burnt and the other barley seared.

Went here with my wife on our anniversary and was thrilled to try! Very over rated. Food was swerved cold with no taste and with an attitude! Won’t ever come back or recommend to anyone! Wish I can give a 0 rating

I went here for my 32nd birthday, alone. The service was great and so was the atmosphere. The food was a bit underwhelming. I disliked the lobster bisque since it looked and tasted nothing like I had in the past. The main dish was ok, but I loved the banana foster, which was made right in front of me. Granted, I only went here once, so I don't know how the other dishes taste like.

Absolutely over priced! Food is disgusting. You would think you would get fresh food here. None of it tasted fresh. The food was also bland. I’ve eaten better food at Texas Roadhouse! Hyde Park is better!

You cannot beat the experience of having an outstanding "Escoffier influenced" meal described, prepared, and served by those focused so fully on returning to society as hardworking contributors on a new and more successful career trajectory. Brandon C is a Culinary Institute of America alum who brings to his students and patrons a tremendous set of U.S. and European restaurant experiences and network. He is an active contributor to the activities of the Jacques Pepin Foundation and a recent finalist for the James Beard Foundation Restauranteur of the Year Award. Two recent multi-course dinners by other James Beard honorees were fantastic and there are more to come. Come see, taste, and experience the mission of this wonderful philanthropic organization. Also, try "edwins too", a bistro also on Shaker Square and the nearby EDWINS Bakery and Butcher Shop.

Very bad food the first time I went there, there was hair in my food , second time I went there the staff were disrespectful I don’t NOT recommend this place to anyone

The cold weather had set in, and I felt the need for some comfort food and a cozy atmosphere. Edwin's was the perfect choice! I bellied up to the bar, ordered their black forest drink, and the Le Burger. Both were absolutely delicious! Don't expect a traditional burger. This is a loose Patty with lots of umami flavor and a touch of cinnamon maybe(?)! The music was great. The fireplace was lit, and the owner/chef, Brandon, even came out to chat for a while. It was a perfect weeknight experience!

The food was exquisite and I’ glad I was able to support this worthy endeavor. I will dine here again
