Ed's Easy Diner

Not one person told us we had to order on an app or at the bar, sat there like idiots waiting till someone told us then felt the staff laughed at us for not knowing. Food was ok though missing bits so had to go and ask for all our order. So much for ordering online that worked well. Toilets were not the best. Thank good this is our local Ed’s as only travelled for the show that was on.

Great food, amazing service, very quick, staff were really friendly and polite

We visited today and had a kids' meal, x2 burgers for dinner. Upon arrival, we had a friendly welcome, were seated, and asked to scan the QR code or go to the bar to order. We used the app, and it all worked fine. Food came out quickly. Our chips were luke warm and clearly had been sat waiting for some time. I was very close to complaining, but we had a long day and didn't want the drama. Drinks were free refills, but you had to go to the bar to wait for them to be topped up. Annoying as there was pretty much no service from the staff apart from bringing the food out. My son enjoyed his meal £4.99 then £1.45 for a fruit shot plus another £1.49 for a small brownie and ice cream. Our burgers and chips weren't huge, and my husband was left not full and wanting more. Burgers were nice enough. Toilets needed a clean! And I really dislike men and ladies sharing toilets. Decor is fab and in excellent condition also loved the music! Anyway...it was okay, we wouldn't return. Kid-friendliness: Good kids menu. Chicken tenders, hot dog, burgers and mac and cheese

I had a wonderful time, great food, excellent service and very important lovely atmosphere thanks to great team and always supportive management. Highly recommended

We've visited yesterday for the first time and we loved it. The music are taking you back to the 50's. Food was delicious and milkshakes were so creamy and yummy. Staff was very attentive and smiley. It is a must when you are in Birmingham!

Absolutely fantastic, walked in on way to concert and was seated immediately, food and service was quick and waiters were friendly

Called in after Monster Jam show today, food was fantastic as was the service, would definitely recommend.

Love America dining, food good, little expensive and juke box on table just a dummy
