fresh & consistent- love the fresh dinner rolls, whoopie pies, & REALLY love the chocolate ganache cupcakes- oh my
Great baked goods by great folks. The best cream filled donuts and whoopie pies anywhere. Go!
Open once a month and worth the wait. Baked goods taste fantastic. Fresh vegatables and corn looked very good.
This place is amazing. If you have a sweet tooth you need to take a trip to Ed's.
Their banana cream pie is the best I have ever had!!!! The family at Thanksgiving enjoyed it.🦃🦃
It is our in the country but not far from major roads & worth the trip. Everything is fresh and reasonably priced. They also have non-bakery items just check their website. You can order ahead of time or buy from the walk-up tent out back.
This is a nice drive and located on a farm. They are organized, the store is clean, and they post on Facebook to let everybody know what will be in store that day. It's open the second Saturday of each month. They sell various baked goods and fresh eggs. I was hoping for fresh milk but forgot to ask after seeing the baked goods. Before visiting this bakery I read many reviews to get an idea of what to expect. I purchased a peanut butter pie (8 inch, $16), which had a nice peanut butter flavor and was nicely decorated. It seemed to be a refrigerator type pie and quite sweet. It is similar to a regular cheesecake, but denser, sweeter, and the crust was crumbly. It didn't hold together as much as it should. It was good overall. I also purchased a single layer boston cream pie (8 inch, $16), but it was dry and the cream didn't seem homemade and left a bad aftertaste. There wasn't very much cream between the layers which was disappointing. I don't think I will try that one again. But I would go back to try other items. Overall I think it's a good bakery and would recommend it to everyone.
