This place is situated in the most unexpected place (in 13 mile), but I like the location--I don't have to deal with downtown R.O. traffic or parking. Plus, the place, while modern, has a nice and cozy feel, thanks to the red accents and wood furniture. The wait staff wait was very friendly...upon my waitress' recommendation, I got the Nashville Udon soup, which was really good. Excellent base...the fried chicken with the sausafe were yummy. I couldn't eat It all, so had it packed to slurp on later. Really, the only thing holding me back from giving a higher rating is the price. My soupbcost $15. With the coke and taxes, lunch came to $20. So, this meal would be an occasional treat for me.
Based upon the snarky responses the business has posted, I will never dine at Edo Ramen. Blaming a customer for food poisoning? How are you supposed to alert a staff member ahead of time if the food was contaminated? Furthermore, it doesn’t matter if one person or ten people complained. Any suggestion of food poisoning should be taken seriously and investigated. The customer obviously took the appropriate steps by trying to contact the restaurant about their experience. Even during these difficult times, small businesses don’t get a pass if they talk to customers this way. Greg Vartanian is one of the owners of Edo Ramen, and I would welcome receive a response from him.
Full price for partial quality ramen
Love this spot. Good food, great service, chill atmosphere.
Good food and a great atmosphere... friendly staff, as well. Will definitely return for the Kraken Fries!
