The girls behind the counter were touching each other's hair and then touch the food. They never washed there hands. The food was cold. I really find it offensive when they don't speak English. If you are in customer service speak English. Unacceptable

This is my favorite Edo - they have the best management and staff. KIND, sweet, friendly, thoughtful and they go above and beyond. Thank you for making my birthday special... I love coming here, see you soon! Vegetarian options: Whatever you need, you can find it and they will make it great! Dietary restrictions: Whatever you need, you can find it and they will make it great! Parking: Easy and free parking, right out front :) Kid-friendliness: Who doesn't love EDO, when they have kid sized meals..!

They'll load up on rice of course but they're cheaping out on protein more and more every time I went. So much so that I'd always have to order double the meat. Better off spending money somewhere else. Won't be back especially after seeing the "chef" blowing his nose right beside the grill and not even washing his hands after. COVID taught us NOTHING. Zero stars for hygiene.

Today I ordered online 3 meals sukiyaki beef sumo size no veggies, only broccoli then a bento box. Sukiyaki beef no mushrooms then sukiyaki beef broccoli only. All of our meals had mushrooms in them. I assume when you say no veggies that means mushrooms as well but because I didn't state no mushrooms just no veggies on one of them. I guess they put mushrooms in all of ours. I assume that sumo size meant double meat, rice, veggies, whatever you're getting but are regular sukiyaki beef was bigger than the sumo I went back to the store showed them the pictures but they told me it's weighed out. Well. I will post pictures of the sumo size compared to the regular and you all tell me what's the difference then they did give me another rice and beef and tell me that looks more sumo than the one I got. 3rd picture is the sumo size

We wanted the Chicken Udon soups but apparently they’ve been discontinued, which was extremely frustrating because we love them. The broth is so rich and flavorful. So we ended up ordering 2 chicken ramen soups instead and that was a HUGE MISTAKE, we were SO DISAPPOINTED!!! It was like eating a warm bowl of mush. The broth was bland and the noodles were complete mush. Neither of us could finish our soups- they were gross. And who puts corn in a Japanese soup????!! Will not be ordering Raman ever again. BRING BACK THE UDON SOUP PLEASE!!!

For a fast food restaurant I was pleasantly surprised with my meal. The shrimp were plentiful, plump, and not over cooked. Service was friendly and quick.

On Thursdays they have suspicious offer, great sushi plate variety for only 10 bucks. Good overall
