I am regular to edo japan ....but today had the worst service at this location, the guys said he cannot make a bubble tea without ice (pushy emplee) ....then he sent his supervisor....( navi was her name) super rude, got mad when i asked for no ice ( she said our receipe do not allow us to customize the bubble tea or else we won't fill it up. Alright still asked for less ice and guess what she filled up with huge load of ice ( well joke on edo this location ....pls hire better supervisor...who know how yo welcome customers and not turning them away)

Food was excellent, staff is so polite I ordered sumo size chicken rice it was amazing . And the best thing they have in store so many deals , Taro bubble tea was so good highly recommended this place .

Service is amazing and staff are so kind, we come multiple times a week and they remember my friend’s name every time we come. 10/10, food is so good especially the teriyaki meals, and good bubble tea prices.

Great service, we were greeted nice and walked through the entire menu with suggestions. Sushi was great and the noodle bowl was pretty good too.
