Yuck. Bottled ginger dressing. Miso soup had very liitle taste. Alaska roll was ok. Toro sashimi did not taste fresh.
This was a wonderful place to eat. I'm glad we found this restaurant.
I miss my sushi scene in Vegas- however, this one is probably one of the best I've been to in the Colorado area.
Talk about a delicious meal with great service. It was our first time here. Joy, our server, was very nice and professional. My wife chose the "cook it yourself" hot stone salmon but didn't want to cook it herself and Joy had no issue with having it prepared for her. Delicious sushi as well! Definitely will be back!
It's ok not amazing by far. I would definitely not order the miso cod appetizer again as it was really not very good at all. The sushi rolls and nagiri was all good but nothing stood out as noteworthy. The service is good and the interior is a bit bright harsh lighting otherwise would be much better.
The staff of Edo Higan was incredibly accommodating on Valentine's Day - we, among many other couples who found ourselves stranded by the poor planning of a nearby restaurant found refuge in the exceptional staff at Edo Higan. They squeezed us in to their dining area, never made us feel like we interlopers, and we had an incredible dining experience. The sushi was excellent, our server gave fantastic recommendations, and we never had any delays in our service. I will absolutely return to this location, as there are so many things on the menu that we would like to try.
