Best banana pudding in the world. Other items are great, normal bbq. Parking: 90 minutes free up the hill.
1st things 1st, this is 5 star BBQ for Nashville. I gave it 4 stars comparing it nationwide. The decor, service, and food are to top notch and by far the best BBQ I've had living in Nashville, and I would highly recommend it if you're looking for BBQ
After being away from Nashville for 5 years, I was looking very forward to dinner at Edley’s while I was in town for the SEC Tournament. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. Chicken Wings were so dry and shriveled up I was only able to eat 3, and threw the rest away. My wife’s pulled chicken sandwich was full of bones, as she spent her entire meal pilling bones out of her mouth. And to beat it all very BAD Service from a RUDE Bar Staff.
Got the habanero pork sandwich. Plenty of meat on the sandwich, was able to have it for lunch and evening snack. Only minor complaint is that the sides couldn’t be a little bit bigger. Parking: Tough to find parking but that’s typical in east nashville.
Best St.Louis style ribs I've had since I moved from St.Louis. Almost as good as my dad's, and that's saying something! You will not regret eating here, and I'd bet you'd want it for your next few meals.
Came here after a long drive to Nashville. I got the brisket sandwich and it was everything I needed- so so good. My brother had the hot chicken platter and said it was the most tender chicken he’s ever tried; he loved it. Definitely recommend this place!
In town for a conference and who can come down south without BBQ. No one! This is a order at the counter, fix your drink, seat yourself, and they'll bring the food to the table type place. Cool. The meats in the place are all exceptional! Smoked meats at their finest. The side items, I could be denied for life and feel just fine about it. The fried pickles were good. Our side items were mac-n-cheese, baked beans, grits and fries. The fries were good. Everything was not to my liking. Now, I suggest you try them because you might like it. The mac-n-cheese was bland. The baked beans had a lot going on and were on the spicy side. Same with the cornbread. If you have to get anything, order the ribs and pulled pork or brisket. The table next to me had wings and they said they were good.
It seems like their new spot is getting it’s staff together, but the food is as good as ever.
