I’ve had good experiences at Edie’s in the past and was excited to bring some out of town friends here, but when we checked in, the hostess couldn’t find the reservation we made weeks ahead of time (despite showing our reservation confirmation email with the correct date, number of guests, and location). We were told we could only be seated at a couch and not at a table as those were reserved for guests with a reservation. Again, we had a reservation. Since couches aren’t ideal for eating breakfast, we decided to leave and probably won’t be coming back. Beware if you make a reservation online!

Went two times and different experiences for me. First time wasn’t busy and service was good. The only thing I disliked was how small the avocado toast was but it tasted great. Second time food was great but the service was terrible. At some point the waitress even put the check on our table as if we had to leave while we hadn’t even finished our food.

An all-around reliable brunch spot with unique latte options, a consistently delicious food menu, super cute interior decor, and good service. The prices are a bit high for the portion sizes, but about standard for brunch in the River North area. I got the Vanilla Bee Latte, which was really delicious and not overly sweet. The Double Salted Caramel Latte was also good, but a little too sweet for my liking. For food, I ordered the Lox Toast from the breakfast menu, which tasted very fresh and delicious— they didn’t skimp on the lox and the bread itself was also quite good. The portion was pretty small though, especially for $18. I also tried some of the Diavolo Flatbread, and thought it was alright, nothing too special. I tried some of the Tuna-riffic Melt too, and thought that was really fantastic— very flavorful and refreshing. All in all, the vibes and ambience were impeccable. It’s a great spot to hang out with friends, to take your friends / family from out of town, or to just chill by yourself and get some work done. — Price (relative to peers): 4.2/5 Food: 4.7/5 Ambience: 5/5 Service: 4.5/5 Overall Value: 4.3/5

Came with the intent to grab a quick cup of coffee to bring with to the workday. What I found was a comfy atmosphere with an attentive staff that made me say let me stay for breakfast. I had the sandwich, which I initially thought was a bit pricey. Until it came out and I saw how much food you got for the dollar you spent. Well worth it. Very filling, a great coffee, a crew truly ruined into their job makes this an easy 5 star rating. Wheelchair accessibility: I use a wheelchair and has no trouble navigating their the facility
