Placed an online order Tuesday for a Friday delivery for my grandma's birthday. Company called Friday at 9 am to tell me they have "re-evaluated" their zip code parameters and now the delivery location is 4 miles outside of it. Poor customer service in my opinion to accept and wait til day of before letting customer know. Company should have taken responsibility for the extra 4 miles.

I needed to cancel my order the day after I made my order due to personal reasons. This was on July 6. I have yet received my refund. I keep getting the run around! Every time I call customer service I’m told something different. It’s now over 2 months and still no refund!
2/14/22 This arrangement was horrible. Looked like it was pulled out of the trash. The strawberries had slid down the sticks and were small so they filled in with extra kale to make it appear full. There was so much moisture and condensation it was wet inside with chocolate smears on the inside packaging. The outside packaging had been crumpled and the ribbon was faded blue and gold. Im so embarrassed. Absolute trash. I called to speak to the manager but was told the manager doesn't take calls on Valentine's day but we are sorry about your order we had over 500 orders to get out.

Ordered a surprise Easter package to be delivered to a business, however upon being delivered it was discovered the person I was having it delivered to was out that week. I was contacted and was assured it was no big deal and that they would try again the following week. Called a few days ago and asked for their help in changing it from an Easter theme to something more neutral since Easter had passed and she did such a great job with suggestions and got it delivered to one happy person at work. Great customer service and went beyond to make sure it was all taken care of.
This has been my go to place for birthday gifts for the family. I absolutely love this place and the customer service. Tami is AH-MAZING. She always gets me exactly what I need. I had never ordered from them before but decided to give it a try. I definitely regret that decision. I received a text at 2:20pm from Edible Arrangements that my order was ready. My husband picked it up after 4:30pm and he had to wait for them to prepare it. They didn’t even know what was ordered when he told them the name on the order. This is unacceptable. I will not order from them again due to this. I understand it is a holiday, but don’t say it ready WHEN ITS NOT EVEN GOING TO BE READY HOURS LATER. I spent too much money to be deceived.
