I visited this store on Sunday for a dessert surprise for someone and was looking for the cheesecake. They were out and so I decided to get 4 cupcakes which the sign said 4 for 12.99. I asked the employee what was the flavor and she didn't know. She checked me out and total was $17 which the price on the sign was wrong and she said they were$15.99 for 4. I paid it and told her she may want to remove the sign with the wrong price. The icing on the cake was when we ate them they were very, very dry, not the edible taste I'm accustom to. Very disappointed

Edit: order was received finally. Happy with it, just wish there was an earlier update next time if there's a delay. My bf ordered a Valentine's delivery on the 11th. Nothing arrived on the 14th. He emailed them yesterday, no reply today. I have been on hold for 10min 2x now. Order had yesterday's date all morning still, luckily it arrived 15th 3:20pm while I was still home.

Standing in line since 530pm waiting for my order since receiving an email requesting me to come pick up my order. It is 653pm and I have not picked up my order. Less than 4 people served in 45 minutes. I can't imagine this being an acceptable level of service. Not sure if it was a staffing issue but there were 3 associates in the front of the store and many in the back...however orders were being fulfilled very slowly. Trying to be objective as this is valentines day. I do not understand how this could take so long. 7pm I have not received my order. The sign on the window states they close at 5pm 704pm associate asked for my name but did not help... I will cease the review here as this was not this stores best moment. I might give it another chance. But this was bad. 706pm associate finally responsive and quickly gets my order. Total time in and out was 75 minutes. Horrible experience

I ordered a sweet love platter for a party and the quality of work was questionable as I did expect the drizzle to be at least straight and consistent (like the website showed) and as seen in these photos it just was just poorly done for the $65 I paid. I contacted them the next day and they were quick to respond and remade it for me. But even in the remake it wasnt the one I ordered, instead of drizzles they just put sprinkles but I’m not gonna be that person to complain since they’re already nice enough to re-do them. And even with the remake I just ended up eating it myself as the party already passed. I deducted 2 stars for the quality of work and also because I was pretty embarrassed to even bring these to the party, but the 3 stars were for the quick customer service who responded when I emailed them. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this place and will not be ordering anything from here again. I will be supporting a small business next year where they can drizzle properly. I know I’m probably being picky but if you want nice drizzles you might wanna go somewhere else 💗
