Edible Arrangements

I sent this ediable arrangements from this store to my niece for mother's day from her young son I was so disappointed and embarrassed the fruit old it smelled the chocolate was melted..it was horrible. I was so embarrassed they don't answer the phone. Never again will I ordered ediable Arrangements.

I ordered a Mother’s Day gift that was strawberries which were old and overheard one of the workers saying he must be African no one lives in that area being disrespectful saying a bunch rude things for what I don’t have a clue

Placed an order on Thursday at 2pm and paid for same day delivery. Friday at 2pm I received an email that it was delivered... whatever, I guess within 24 hours is same day. At 6pm I find out from the recipient that they never got it. I try to call and they're closed until Sunday morning. The arrangement was a sympathy gift in lieu of flowers for after a wake on Friday/burial on Saturday, so this is incredibly upsetting.

Thank you. I placed an order at 2 pm for same day service but received a call that they can’t make it because it’s after 2pm. I understood. I said okay I guess tomorrow is fine. But then they made it and delivered. Thank you’

I absolutely love edible arrangements, however this location is seriously lacking in communication and customer service. They collect money for a delivery that was never delivered and when asked about it, I wasn’t offered a refund just a simple “that’s how it goes”, why pay for a delivery fee if nothing is going to be delivered. I will not be ordering from this location again. They also do not have time slots which is another issue for a company that does deliveries. All in all don’t waste your time or money here unless your going to pick up, if something goes wrong THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU.

Placed my order the day before so it would be delivered the next day for a birthday . When I called the store at night 6:05 pm was told it's out for delivery . On their website states they are closed . When I called an arrogant person answers the phone and says they don't give a delivery time . I'm sorry but to have something delivered after 500 is crazy for a edible arrangement the person is now not home and the day is over . Would NEVER use this place again

Went out of my way to the store to place an order just to find the door closed. The schedule says 8am; it was almost 12pm. Judging on other negative reviews, perhaps I should go elsewhere.

If it's time sensitive go elsewhere. FYI, if you choose "Same Day" online ordering might not happen so don't plan accordingly - they will accept the order & payment and then call to push to the next day. And on top of it they won't redirect (or even call over on your behalf) to another store to help expedite things. Totally missed the deadline and a waste!

Joe really helped me out make sure my arrangement made it to my husband in such a short period of time! I made the mistake and he fixed it and did everything in his power to make me a satisfied customer. With covid and everyone being short staffed it’s hard to find people who actually care, but joe did not disappoint. I hope company’s like this recognize their employees that put in time and effort in everyday and don’t just read these reviews. These employees are the reason your company runs everyday, and brings your customers back. Recognize him, and every other employee that helps us make our special occasions more special. And again thank you joe for everything, including dealing with my annoying phone calls.

I specifically ordered the Strawberry and brownie Indulgence platter because it was for my niece’s birthday. I liked the pink color. Instead of the strawberry cheesecake, the store delivered the plain. I tried calling the store before leaving a review but no one answers the phone. They could have called to let me know that the strawberry cheesecake wasn’t available since this platter wasn’t cheap.
