Tim showed up promptly as scheduled. I gotta tell you it was smooth. As a home owner we worry about paying for services. They was very fair and he explained in detail how my system works. Paid exactly what I was quoted. No extra unforseen issues. Solid company and solid rep for them. Need your system pumped? Call them. And ask to have Tim sent. You won’t regret it.
I'm deeply disappointed by my recent experience with Edible Arrangements. My husband had ordered an edible arrangement for my birthday as a surprise while he's deployed, and the entire process was riddled with issues. Firstly, when Edible Arrangements contacted me (thru text) about the delivery, I informed them that I wouldn't be home for a few hours due to picking up my kids and that I preferred not to have the arrangement left on my porch due to the 85-degree weather. I requested a specific delivery time, as my neighbor was willing to assist. However, they promised to try again around 5 pm and then asked me to meet them at the base gate, which was inconvenient as I was having dinner. Their inability to deliver led to them postponing it to the next day. The following morning, I reached out to the company, and I was assured it was on the first delivery truck and would arrive soon. Yet, by 4 pm, there was still no delivery. My subsequent communication with their customer service was disheartening, as the second representative was not as pleasant as the first one. I reiterated the delay issue and was told it was on the truck and would arrive "sometime today." What compounded my frustration was the revelation that they used a third-party delivery service without base access, requiring me to meet them—an option I couldn't exercise. To make matters worse, the representative stated that these third parties provided couldn't pass background checks for base access, & they’re not very familiar with how things should go. When the order finally arrived (the driver was extremely kind), it was a massive disappointment. The arrangement did not live up to the advertised standards, adding to my overall dissatisfaction. This unfortunate experience was made even worse by the fact that this is the second time my husband has ordered from this exact location, and both times, I've been called upon to meet the delivery driver. Edible Arrangements should seriously reevaluate their delivery procedures and customer service, as this experience has left me deeply unsatisfied and frustrated. I have photos but don’t see an option to load them.
