DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. RECEIVED DEAD FLOWERS. VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN CALLED ABOUT DEAD FLOWERS. I SPOKE WITH STEPHANIE , MANAGER WHICH WAS VERY, VERY RUDE AND A VERY "I DON'T CARE ATLTITUDE". SO RUDE. I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO IF I COULD. I SPOKE WITH ASSISTANT MANAGER BRIE WHICH WAS ALSO VERY RUDE AND I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. THESE TWO SHOULD NOT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY MANAGEMENT. I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM A BUSINESS THAT KEEP EMPLOYEES OR MANAGEMENT THIS PATHETIC. DON'T WALK RUN FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

THIS PLACE SUCKS! THEY NEVER DELIVERED MY ORDER AND THE WORKERS INSIDE ARE RUDE!! DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

PLEASE, do not order from them. Do a pick-up order, NOT DELIVERY! If I could give them a ZERO, I would. I placed a order the day before and it was designed to surprise my Mother for her Birthday. In the delivery notes, I requested to have the items delivered by 11 AM, since she was a school teacher and she would be able to receive them during lunch time. I called to confirm that they would send it in time . . . they said that the driver was on his way to delivery it to her. The NEVER up on the hours I has asked. I called again at 2 PM, to inform them that the school would be closing and they should just delivery is tomorrow, if they can. The young lady made notes, but it was too late. They made the delivery after hours, when all staff members were gone, excluding the secretary. My mother walked into school the next day her her fruit was ruin. I WILL NEVER TRUST THEM WITH THIS TYPE OF SPECIAL OCCASION. I was never able to cancel the order nor received a refund. I had to spend money on another item at a different location.

Order was ready an hour and a half after pick up and still waiting on the card and balloons. Will not be using this location ever again

This place is so wonderful and the employees are delightful, I so love me some fruit! Awesome and wonderful service and really good tasting fruits :)!

I don’t know if it’s the area of Edible Arrangements in general but they have horrible customer service. I had an order placed for my mom’s birthday and it was never delivered. I had to fight with them to get my money back. They tried to gaslight me and say it was. They also never ever answer the phone, you have to physically go in there to speak with someone. Please please please do not give them your hard earned money.

Delivery driver lacks the common sense and directional knowledge to look around at house numbers instead of completely relying on whatever navigation system they use. Instead of simply looking across the street, they sat at an empty lot and then left. I’m currently handicapped and not chasing a truck down. Business not answering phone and not sure when/if my call will be returned.
