I ordered this for my cousin who just lost his dog that was 17 years old! I live in Vermont and he lives in Florida. I put his address in the search bar on edible arrangements for the nearest store and to schedule a delivery. I was told the day I ordered it that Boca was too far and the traffic was too bad and could they deliver it the next day?...I said sure no problem. The next day while on work calls I got about 5 calls and a nasty voicemail from the delivery driver trying to deliver it... Complaining again about how far the store is etc. It never got delivered and sent me a nasty text message too! You guys are unbelievably unprofessional. Never again will I order from you. Very disappointed.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I didn't get my chocolate covered strawberries yesterday for Valentine's day as promised online & the women had the "nerve" to call up today to request my boyfriend come pick them up without refunding at least the $15 delivery fee, when he asked to cancel the order she refused to. I will NEVER order anything from this ripoff place & plan on leaving more negative feedback on every site possible, including the better business bureau.

Was picking up an order for my mom's 73rd birthday. The shop is small upfront, but that's because it's not a restaurant hehe. The guy at the front was friendly, efficient, and helpful. How about the mylar balloon is STILL holding up! This picture is from January 23rd and I bought it Dec 12th. When I go to see my mother tomorrow I'll see how it's doing 😅

No curbside bull was in parking lot calling for 20 min so i went in and girl standing around i asked about curbside she told me off snarky attitude also they were open not answering phone

I ordered a customized greeting card with my delivery order. The card was not included

Horrible service I am trying to get my delivery done and I called 6 times nobody picks up the phone and when they did it I got a lady very rude on the phone in the POMPANO BEACH location could give me the information I needed. I have a birthday party and I was needing to know when it would arrive. I don’t recommend it.

Do not shop @this location, they’re rude, my 14 yr old daughter ordered an arrangement for Mother’s Day! For me, Denise/customer service was very unpleasant and sarcastic, even asking a question about the arrangement. In the event of calling back the next day, she was rude to me as well! When asking about the rude service, she responded, why are you calling to say hi!😬😬
