Great customer service! Ordered an arrangement to celebrate a special occasion and was very happy with the product. The store was very helpful in arranging the delivery to suit my schedule which I really appreciated! Highly recommended!

Your team should really advise customers of missing items on a cake before the customer shows up, not show up and say oh by the way this was sold out - surprise. Terrible customer centric experience, poor management and reflecting of poor staff reimbursing me for a ballon because their shortfalls. A customer does care to recieve a ballon for free, I care to be notified in advance of a missing items on a cake. Beautiful arrangements; fresh food, delicious chocolate. We have sent three different gifts and all were spectacular. Speedy service; fast delivery. Highly recommend

I was happy with my ability to order what I was looking to send on line and happy with the time of delivery the next day. However ....... I had ordered a feel better celebration dipped fruit bouquet that had a chocolate "get well" bonbon in it and a "feel better" Mylar balloon attached . When the recipients sent a picture of what they received the bonbon was deep into the base ( hard to see) and the balloon said Happy Anniversary. ☹️ I was disappointed by this and called the store. They said ya sorry and they would refund the cost of the balloon. In the end they were going to deliver a new balloon later and apologize. For the money this bouquet cost I was disappointed. The person I was sending this to has had a difficult surgery and my intent for something special was somewhat diminished.

The -240 Bank Street location is the go to location. They are committed to their customers needs even when that need is urgent and the delivery driver and staff end up having to stay late to help get your gift to where it needed to be on time ( cause mom life is crazy and I always forget EVERYTHING) Thank you for jumping to help and you did all of it with a smile !

Choc strawberry arrangement very underwhelming for V day. Strawberries were tasteless. Add hefty delivery charge($19.00) left this customer with a bad taste.
