I ordered on Saturday March 2nd from Virginia for a friend that was celebrating a birthday in Ft. Lauderdale. For a same day delivery.I called to make sure of the process and what time it would be delivered. I spoke with Samirt. (I believe he is the district manager for the area) It was a surprise and with some back and forth I realized the only time that we could coordinate the surprise that she would be there was after 7:00pm! They normally close at 6:00pm. Samirt personally delivered the order! What great customer service! I cannot say enough great things about my experience!

Not sure what all of the negative reviews are about but here goes my experience. Order placed on 2/27/2024 with a next day delivery for a birthday arrangement for my wife and kids staying at my in laws in Florida, while I was in New York. 2/28/2024 I call the store around 1630 hrs and speak with a very friendly lady at the desk about swapping delivery locations due to my family being at the marina/ beach during the time of delivery and not home. Not even 20 minutes later the delivery driver texts me, I explain to him the situation, send him an updated address with my father -in-laws information and location and boom, location changed, successful delivery, and a happy wife. Thanks for making the last minute change and getting the arrangement successfully delivered to make my wife's birthday a great one. Will definitely use in the future, keep up the great work!!

It is recommended that you refrain from utilizing the services of the aforementioned location for your orders, as there exists a possibility that your delivery may not be fulfilled. My personal experience with this location was characterized by a noticeable lack of professionalism. I was deeply dissatisfied with their failure to deliver my order on the specified date, and when I subsequently attempted to speak with the manager Samira, I was left on hold for an extended period of time, with the manager ultimately failing to address my concerns. What was intended to be a special delivery for a momentous occasion ultimately devolved into a lamentable debacle. As such, it is strongly advised that you abstain from using this location for your orders.

This location has the worst customer service that I’ve ever encountered. I ordered a fruit bouquet for my wife’s birthday 2 weeks in advance. I was told the delivery would be going out at 12pm on the day of her birthday. Waited at home over 3 hours and nothing decided to call and received an attitude and was consistently cut off when speaking. I was eventually told delivery would go out at 330pm and still no delivery. Called the following day and received more attitude and was told order was being prepared and I would receive order between 2pm - 5pm and guess what still no delivery. I called again to cancel order since it was obvious this location is unable to fulfill orders made and was rudely cut off and again more attitude. You should not offer a service you are unable to provide. If I could give 0 stars I would giving 1 star is similar to a participation ribbon

I placed an order on Sunday to be delivered Tuesday for my daughter's birthday. I called Monday to confirm early delivery, and the lady on the phone was kind but not honest and promised to deliver at 9:30 in the morning. On Tuesday, the order did not come on time. I called, and the manager "Samir" was horrible rude. I explained how important this was for me, and he did not stop talking aloud so badly. The order was finally delivered, but their customer service can definitely need to be improved.

I placed an order for my aunt’s birthday for the Small Orange Citrus Blossom arrangement. The photo displayed on the website includes grapes so I expected grapes in the order. The description does say that there weren’t grapes in the order, so that was an oversight on my end. However, the arrangement received did not look like what was advertised. There was way too much kale in it, when the photo online didn’t even show kale. I left my feedback and received a call regarding it. I expressed my dissatisfaction regarding the constructed arrangement and was told that the lead designer constructed it and that the quantity of fruit was correct. I explained that the quantity was not what I had a problem with and that I didn’t like how it looked. I even suggested using a smaller container for it to fill it out more like the photo. Again, I was told that the lead designer is who constructed the design. I’m not sure what that means for me when I’m still dissatisfied with the product. I was told to submit a photograph of the arrangement for review. Aforementioned, this was a gift for my aunt. She lives four hours away from me. So I was not physically able to photograph the item myself, just go based off of the photo provided, which was the photo submitted. The young lady who I was speaking with contacted her manager and was told to inform me that the photo was insufficient and again that it had the correct date quantities of items; which I again stated that I wasn’t complaining about quantity. At this point I’m annoyed because I said more than once that wasn’t what I was upset about and that she expected me to have an older woman (whose gift it was) take multiple pictures of an item to provide them feedback. Makes no sense. I let her know that I’m not satisfied and that there obviously wasn’t anything that they were willing to do to assist with that. I also expressed that it was interesting that the manager didn’t call me themselves to discuss my dissatisfaction or provide assistance in any way. The young lady told me to return the item for a remake but made sure to let me know that it would probably look the same, if not very similar. Again, my aunt lives four hours away from me (which I reminded her). I also asked why I would tell the gift receiver to bring the gift back when she didn’t even know my dissatisfaction to begin with. She then offered me a box of complimentary strawberries but said that it had to be picked up and AGAIN, I said we live four hours apart. I ended the conversation at this point because huh? Throughout this exchange, there was no apology or empathy, there was no customer satisfaction or ownership of the problem. And ultimately, no resolution was made. I’m not ordering Edible Arrangements again after this experience.

Edible Arrangements literally has one job: Make and deliver fresh fruit cut and designed into an arrangement to mimic a bouquet of flowers for special occasions. The fact that they failed to do this one thing on Valentine’s Day is absolutely ridiculous. The fact that they failed to do this with no communication and plenty of lead-time is absolutely outrageous. Despite the Track Your Order page on their website showing that the items I had ordered nearly a week before Valentine’s Day were en route all day, they never delivered the order, never called, and never answered the phone to receive my calls. Then, the day after Valentine’s Day, they finally answered my call and told me that the store was too busy and unable to deliver all orders, despite the claim on their website that orders placed by Feb 13th would be delivered on Valentine’s Day (my order was placed on Feb 8th). They offered to deliver the order on Feb 15th or refund me. It was never about the money, but rather the moment, so I agreed to allow them to deliver my gift on Feb 15th (today). An hour later they called to notify me that they could not print the custom card that I designed on their website on Feb 8th because they ran out of card paper.
