Ordered a bear and some flowers to be delivered to my wife while I was gone on a work trip. The roses within the bouquet were falling off on arrival. Also, the message I sent with it was blank except for a few letters at the end (I assume the ink was out). Nobody checked either of these things apparently. Thankfully I have an amazing wife who was appreciative of the gesture despite the very low quality of the delivery. I will not be ordering from this location again.
