The 84-48 Grand Ave, Queens, NY 11373 location is the absolute worst!!!! The fruit is not fresh at all!!! It was smelly and old. To pay $150 for an arrangement that I had to throw out as soon as I received it is a waste of my time and money!!! I called the same day and left a message to have someone call me back. Didn’t hear from someone for two weeks. Called again and when someone finally called me back they had the audacity to say I called days after the delivery. Worst customer service!! Then they sent me two small trays of old fruit again and 6 strawberries to compensate for my $150 arrangement. Threw it away again. Absolutely disgusting. I’ll be disputing this with my credit card company. Never order from here!!!!

This location is amazing!! I was able to make a last minute arrangement and have it in less than an hour. The customer care and service is way more than what you can ask for.
The Famliy Team at Mazzoras is extremely knowledgeable about current tax law, business accounts etc. Someone is always there answering the phone and able to answer any questions. My family and friends have been going there for 40+years prices can’t be beat and the service is way over the top. They are New York’s Best !!!

Received the order on time! Was worried about time of delivery but the management and staff at this location handled everything with no issues. The Strawberries were fresh and everything tasted great! The flowers were beautiful and really opened up once out of the box! Extremely happy with the purchase and look forward to ordering again. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The address to whom I sent the Edible Arrangement bouquet was off a little. Alex was the delivery driver, and he took the time to call me to make sure it went to the correct recipient. He had to wait quite a while I verified the address. He was polite and professional and I highly recommend this place. Customer service this good is very rare these days. Thank you Edible Arrangements and thank you Alex. ❤️
