this location is a gem. I was alil bummed that my old location was closed down(poway), but that staff here is 5 stars and above. there's a old saying when a door closes another opens ... thank you for making my experience in your store great

5 stars do not say enough about the customer service provided by Michael. I am on the east coast, and have received two phone calls regarding the status of my order. We got the most fresh and delicious fruit bouquet as a gift today. It was prepared by the shop on Marron Rd. in Carlsbad and delivered by the most personable and friendly delivery person! I have to say the chocolate dipped pineapple daisies are delectable!! We have never sent one ourselves but we will now-we are fans of this place and its outstanding, creative and kind staff!!

Excellent!!!! I ordered a gift to be delivered by the Carlsbad, CA store. Driver went out of his way to call me with a delivery concern. Gift was just as described on site. Very pleased with the service & product.
