Terrible I got a delivery and I found not one but TWO ROACHES ON THE FRUITS!! Do not order from here EVER! I am disgusted

I can say that I am highly satisfied with the delivery service i received My husband ordered me a Beautiful Edible arrangement for my birthday. However, I am highly disappointed with the fact that I gave the delivery driver a tip through the edible arrangements app, and me being the person that I am, I reached out to confirm the driver got the tip that was earned, and i was sadly informed that the driver did not receive the tip that i left. "that the tips will be divided between everyone". Which is UNACCEPTABLE. I will be connecting with my bank to get the tip I left the driver.. The tip was for the driver who GAVE ME THE BEST SERVICE EVER AND THE DRIVER WAS SO SWEET. Moving forward we will not be ordering this location anymore and the only person to blame is upper management.

This location in the Bronx is the terrible. I actually cannot believe how horrible the service is. Just shut it down. Never got my package and when you try to call they give you the runaround. Trying to call them back and get what I ordered or a refund and no one is answering. All other locations that I call answer but not this one. What a waste of time and money I feel like I am being scammed. Buy something else for your loved ones.

I placed an order at 9:30am to be delivered to my spouse as a surprise while he was at work. I put his name as the recipient, his office address and (my) phone number incase the delivery driver had any questions so the surprise would not get ruined. Instead of calling me, they searched up my spouses work phone number, asked to speak to him and informed him that the delivery was on the way and asked if there was a receptionist desk to leave the delivery with. I put my phone number in the phone number field when placing the order for this exact reason to avoid ruining the surprise. If you plan on placing an order to someone at a business as a surprise please keep this is mind before doing so.

I ordered 2 platters from this place for my job the day before Christmas eve and all my coworkers loved everything. The girl at the counter who helped me was very helpful in making a decision too!

If I could give this store ZERO stars I WOULD. I can’t begin to explain how annoyed and disgusted I am with them. Placed an order for Mother’s Day and never received it yet was marked as delivered. Now we are getting the run around for a refund. They want to issue a store credit or store pick up! We are not interested, just want the money back! I’m not sure how they stay in business with such horrible service! Customer service directs you right back to the useless store. Let’s see how long they take to respond to the email. STAY AWAY from this store!

Absolutely horrible service. Was made aware at 4 that the store closes at 5 instead of 6. Received a phone call that i’ll be there around 5:10. I get here and the store is closed and no refund. I tried contacting the store multiple times before 5 and I kept getting stupid automated messages instead of being contacted to the store directly. Never ever again shopping here. Horrid service.

This was a present for my husband from his mother ! Strawberry wasn't fresh at all! The rest of the fruits were very soggy and had a funky smell! The kale decor was yellow and was smelling! We had to throw it out!!!
