Enjoyed a celebratory birthday dinner with my wife. The recommended bottle of wine was spot on with our requested preferences. Steak was cooked to perfection, brussels were delicious, and the seabass was an explosion of flavors in your mouth! Potato's a bit salty and dessert was shockingly a disappointment (we had the raspberry almond tart). Overall a fantastic atmosphere and staff was great. We will be back to enjoy another evening soon!

Edge is such a welcoming high end establishment. I feel other high end places have a very stuck-up feel but I haven't felt this at edge. They ashtrays treat me and my party with respect and give the whole experience their all. The good is very good, large portions on the sides, and staff extremely friendly. You can tell they enjoy what they do. Thank you edge

Food is mostly very good, bread was just great, now I order a tomahawk stake and it was the worse tomahawk stake I ever eaten and I eat them very regularly. Also I’m 63 years old and very accurate guy.

Andrianna was the best! The best staff restaurant, my friends and I were happy bout her service. She has a beautiful heart.

I came for my partner’s birthday and all of us in the party were really pleased. The staff was amazing, especially Adrianna who was our server. She was the cherry on top for the whole night. Extremely caring, knowledgeable about the menu, and did it all with a genuine smile. Then she took the best pictures I have ever seen as a courtesy. This is not an exaggeration. She single handedly is making me want to visit again in the future. And yes the food was tasty. EDGE, give this woman a raise to be your photographer because oh my goodness.

I like to support Downtown Denver Restaurants, etc as I’ve read that a lot of people aren’t traveling downtown anymore- which is really unfortunate. I went to The Edge for a Birthday Brunch and ordered an Irish Coffee (it was snowing outside n the drink was delicious) as well as the Salmon Benedict. Beautiful dining room and exceptional staff! The Benedict was good but $15 to park n $60 for drinks n food was more than I wanted to spend but I still had a great time! Kid-friendliness: I viewed several tables with families and children enjoying themselves

However, my excitement waned when I sampled the steak, which unfortunately failed to meet my expectations. Despite being cooked to the correct temperature, the steak was disappointingly chewy and lacked the robust flavor I had hoped for, earning it a lukewarm "B" rating in my book. On a brighter note, the dessert selection did not disappoint, with delicious cookies that provided a sweet ending to the meal. And let's not forget about the cocktails – expertly crafted concoctions that showcased the skill and creativity of the bartenders. Overall, while my dining experience had its highs and lows, the restaurant's elegant ambiance, friendly staff, and standout dishes make it a worthy destination for those seeking a refined culinary experience.
