We stopped by for a cheese danish, which had a perfect texture, cheese ratio, and flaky crust. The barista was really friendly and had excellent customer service. The coffee shop is clean and spacious inside and has a lot of seating. We will definitely be back to try their other items!

Friendly, sometimes ingredient shortages. Inconsistent heating of sandwiches with cold spots.

Very welcoming staff and beautiful baked treats display. The coffee was great and setup was very clean. I went early around 730am and that was my experience at the time. A videographer was there getting ready for a news report on the place at that time.

Augusta doesn’t seem to have many bakeries with great breads, so I went to Edgar’s looking for some! I ended up with a range of desserts and pastries (a few tarts, tiramisu, and a mousse cake—all quite tasty) as well as an excellent sourdough loaf. They didn’t have a huge range of breads but I was there later in the day, so I may have missed some options.

Absolutely delicious pastries and coffee every time. However, ruining my family’s experience on my last 2 visits is the unprofessional behavior of the girls behind the counter. These ladies are cursing and discussing their personal lives right in front of us. While checking out while one young lady tells our cashier about dating a man 20+ years older than her. Don’t get me wrong, they are always nice but I don’t wanna hear about your personal life while I’m getting breakfast or hear you dropping f-bombs and worse. Thought Edgar’s was trying to give off the image of class. Just takes away from what is otherwise a nice experience.

Highly recommend the ham and cheese croissants
