I don’t “enjoy” leaving a negative review which is why this one has taken me a while to post. My friends and I made a reservation here (in December) well in advance for one friend’s birthday. My friend LOVES salsa dancing and they had a class scheduled for 9pm. We went at 7 thinking 2 hours was plenty of time to eat. We are a pretty organized bunch and all usually order together. We got multiple dishes of the same thing and many of the same drink. Unfortunately, the service was VERY slow and there was no consistency in our food. Same drink & dish - totally different for each of us and some of them were just flat out sloppy. What’s worse is that the restaurant was DEAD. The only people there were people drinking. The evening goes on and our waitress is less than attentive and then proceeds to get all our checks wrong and even charged the wrong card on a couple. I spoke with the manager who offered me a $5 gift card. I’m sorry but at a restaurant like this, that’s not enough to get anything except maybe a shot of espresso. We kindly told her that $5 really wasn’t a solution here but that it was fine, we just wouldn’t return to this restaurant. We also ended up missing our salsa class because it was almost 10 before we got all our food and check stuff worked out. Based on my experience, I would never ever recommend visiting here.
The atmosphere is cool. But the food and drinks were not great and took FOREVER! The waitstaff was clueless for a more upscale restaurant I expect so much more.
food 2/5 service 1.5/5 atmosphere 10/10 upfront, I respect what the company is doing within the college and goodwill aspect. none of this review is based off of that. food: prices are way off. get the dips only. deviled eggs were 3 on a plate for 6.00 Tuna tartar on menu stated wonton wrappers. upon service we got 3 colored tortilla chips with 4 pieces of tuna on each. this came out to 1.55 per small square of tuna. waygu beef sliders. these were fine but two of them per price were more expensive than any fast food burger. also stop grinding waygu if it's actually waygu. if you've made it this far, get the dips. they are great. service was subpar, we were there on a Friday night and 1 of 4 tables. drinks were slow, food was brought to the wrong table. atmosphere: up your up on top of a building and it's awesome. just get the service and good back on track.
Very relaxing, social gathering.
Loved this place! Great staff, delicious food, and great drinks.
Came for a networking event. The service was terrible. The food was ok. It came out so fast that I knew it was premade.
Food:3.5- The food was very original. My favorite was the Loaded potato wedges. I also enjoyed the pulled pork nachos. I didn’t enjoy the buffalo chicken dip. They had a Halloween drink specials and I tried all three. They were very different, but were each very unique and good. The atmosphere was very refreshing. We were outside on the rooftop. The music was the most current tunes, and played different genres.
