Great food, Good Service. Chicken Espinoca and TCT are my favorites :)

There is a rare time when service, food and atmosphere fail all at the same time. Our server was not timely at all. She took over 25 minutes to even take our order. Food did come for over 40 minutes. Drinks were not refilled more than 1 time in over two hours, even though we asked. The portion sizes were tiny. My son's Mac and cheese was maybe a half cup for $7. My chicken verde stated on the menu that it is two breasts. I would estimate 1/2 of a small breast, if that. It tasted slightly burnt and only ate it because I had not eaten all day. The rice was dry and the beans were very bland. I used lots of their watery salsa, which is something I do not do often. My wife's enchilada had a semi hard tortilla, that was only softened by the Baja sauce (which actually was decent). Another dish of chicken tenders were large, but almost sugary sweet, like a sugar coated corn dog. I was expecting so much better, but this is the 2nd negative/neutral experience, and there is no need to run to the other end of town, when chapalas and Juan's Flamingo Fajitas are closer. I really prefer to write positive reviews, but cannot about this. Parking: Lots of parking... very accessible Kid-friendliness: Not a great menu and their chicken tenders are sugary sweet.

Sat in the bar. Nice dim lighting and not loud. They do close at 9pm on Saturday night so a real bummer there. The Carne asada was cooked a perfect medium rare as requested but was just ok as far as the taste and look of it. Beans and rice were ok and small portions. The bar also had a very peculiar stench to it as well so bring the nose plugs.

Eddie's Mexican Restaurant is Macayo's Restaurant . The food is the same and the chips and salsa is also the same . This restaurant is Macayo's Restaurant . The name is the only thing that has changed . That's all ! Macayo's Restaurant is in disguised just because the name has changed . Don't be fooled by this restaurant . It is still Macayo's . The name of the restaurant is Eddie's . All you have to do is to go in and try the food . The food is still is Macayo's . Eddie is the one that changed the name of the restaurant and put his name on that restaurant . That's all he did ! ❤️ !

Love Eddie's. I only wish there was one in Henderson! Brings back memories of Macayo including the infamous TCT!!!

Very good food and great service.

Basically MaCayo's restaurant. Food was good but a little different. Salsa was watered down but same taste. I ordered combo plate with 2 choices and was the same good food as they use to be. Staff was great and friendly. Both was very small for my pregnant wife.
