Eddie's Calzones

Food is good, but delivery is bad, very bad. Ordered an hour and a half ago... said it would be delivered 40-60 minutes after ordering. So, I called at the 1.5 hour mark and was told they are still waiting on my food to even be picked up by the delivery item. The person on the phone refused to refund me. I ordered from here last week and my order was completely wrong, one of the calzones was inedible because it was so soggy from condensation. Sadly, I won't be ordering from here again.

The female manager that works here is the reason I’ll never give support to this business! And I hope she reads this.

I ordered one calzone for delivery through Grubhub. I got a few text messages updating me on the status, saying it was being made and eventually that my order was on the way. After waiting for over an hour, I called the restaurant and no one picked up. My food was never delivered, the restaurant didn’t cancel the order, and I wasn’t offered a refund. If a restaurant chooses to advertise “delivery until 4am”, you would expect them to actually fulfill that expectation, but they do not. It’s unfortunate because the calzones are very good, but the business is run so poorly.

Seriously? No thoughts to remake this?

#1 NYC prices $15 4A 7-9 incher CalZONE #2 First night I ordered the Calzone was on a scale of 10, 7.2 or 7.3 Babby, BUT was like it was made in a bistro, cafe, although goumet, VG, very good #3 The second time I ordered this week, "NIGHT & DAY" 2 expensive Calzone's $15 geach and the bread was delicious BUT the Philly steak combo inside gross and the Spin cheese inside even worse. #4 They said they would talk to the night kitchen short order cook, help but sweetie girl on the phone today said she never heard a complaint. #5 Read the Google reviews, they differ from WHAT she told me. #6 MY FRIEND from NYC knows the owner and he is a good guy, and does have good consistency and quality control with the good he MAKEs & serves. "Hats off to him"

The big girl I think her name is Olivia is extremely rude for no reason. You work at a calzone place that relies on your customers to turn a profit, learn to treat them right. I’m sure once the college kids who put up with this leave for Summer, you have no business. If she were gone y'all would be in a much better place.

The manager and staff here are very rude. We spent $25 and were splitting it as a group but since we only put it on one card, they would only allow one of us could use the bathroom. They did not tell us this until after we made our purchase. Before we made our purchase, all they said was that the bathroom was for customers. They said if we all wanted to use the bathroom then my friends should have each bought a $2 water bottle, but we had already made one purchase on one card to make it easy on the staff. When I told them that rule didn’t make sense because we were splitting the charge, a staff member told us we needed to leave the premises for making a scene. We weren’t even finished eating. We were sober and respectful but they were really disrespectful to us. Happy to no longer be a customer or support this business. The staff kept saying the manager is rude because she’s under a lot of pressure, but being rude and unwelcoming will not make her more successful as a manager.

Takes a little waiting but the calzones we tried were delicious (chicken bacon ranch and 3 pigs). Ingredients were fresh. My husband and I loved it.
