Amazing food and atmosphere. CJ is a great server that added to the experience.
The most flavorful and tender Ribeye that I've ever had. The crab/corn bisque was unique, delightful and the perfect appetizer. Carrot cake highly recommended, to be shared. Lobster mac was lacking lobster, and the cheese had a texture that I wasn't a huge fan of. The service was friendly and attentive but a little slow. Decor was fun and fancy if not gaudy, felt like a Las vegas casino from a decade ago. Definitely should be added to anyone's Denver steakhouse rotation.
Food is good. Drinks are great. Everything takes a while but that’s ok as long as you brought good company.
My wife, very reluctantly, sent her entrée back too be cooked longer. The staff took care of it with no problems. Two different managers came to our table to make sure everything was to our liking afterwards. That was pretty awesome! Thank you to Eddie Merlot's! The food was amazing and so was our experience!
It was restaurant' week menu that we ordered. My husband enjoyed the ribs. It was full of flavor and tender. It was difficult to choose between beef steak and ahi tuna for me. Ahi tuna was not my flavor. So I'll go with steak next time. Desserts were good too. Can't wait to come back for more.
