Edacious Kitchen + Bar

This was one of the better restaurants in the area. The menu is fresh and changes every few months with the staples sticking around. The staff and owners are super nice and love chatting with the guests. The food is off the charts. The hatch chili burger is a revelation. The cocktails are delicious and crafted with care. I’ll be back for sure.

This place is a little gem with huge flavor. Everything was delicious and the service was wonderful. Make sure you go and wear your stretchy pants.

We rented out the restaurant for our company event and it was an amazing experience! Highly recommend! The food was delicious and the staff took great care of us!

I miss when it was Caslon. The food was good, but the side options with the burger were not the greatest. The chips that I got were overly greasy, didnt have good taste. The burger though was really good. Overall id give it a 2.5 star rating if it was possible.

Had high hopes but unfortunately this place didn’t deliver. Came in and waitress said the brunch special was a “Prime Rib Filet with a horse radish sauce.” which makes no sense is it a prime rib or is it a Filet. I asked the waitress to clarify she said it was definitely a filet steak not prime rib. Dish comes out and it was a strip steak no sauce and scrambled eggs on the side. Eggs were never mentioned. Overall the food was mediocre at best. We had the crab omelette, Tuscan shrimp, and sausage gravy as well. Dishes all sounded good on paper but ultimately were very underwhelming and definitely were not made of the quality of ingredients for the kind of money they are charging. Also dishes were lacking items that were in the description that are meant to elevate the dish. For example the sausage gravy said it had fried sage but there was none. To be clear I was expecting to pay well over a hundred dollars because I was also expecting a top notch food experience which I strongly now think they lack the skills necessary to execute. On top of all that they also forgot about our cocktails and only brought them out after we asked. Oh well off to try somewhere different.

Wonderful food and even better service. We showed up late and hungry, and the server was so kind and accommodating to our large party. The food came out quickly and was delicious, especially the soup of the day and the bread service. Vegetarian options: The cauliflower soup was delicious.
