The Queso Fundido is impressive – a cheesy burst of flavors that dances on your taste buds. Every bite is a celebration of deliciousness.
The Queso Fundido was a hit at the party! Everyone loved it.
Mexicali Dip is a game-changer! The fresh ingredients create an explosion of deliciousness. It's my favorite party appetizer, and it impresses every time.
The Queso Fundido was absolutely delicious! The perfect combination of cheese and flavors.
If you want real Mexican food. Dont go there. They change all flavors from Mexico. Is Mexican American food. Not original Mexican food. Far to look MEXICAN Food. Sad see how they call Mexican food.
I love this place. Been going here for many years. Even when it changes management and names the service is always really good and the staff is great. Food is always on point. Highly recommended. I don't know if they're individually owned or what but I love this location more versus the one on my side of town near hickory flat. Parking: In a Kroger shopping center, plenty of parking. Kid-friendliness: Always kid friendly Wheelchair accessibility: Has a wheelchair ramp
The spinach dip here is amazing! It looks great, and it tastes even better. The chefs really know what they're doing – it's like eating a cozy, comforting meal that keeps me coming back for more.
We enjoy Mexican food and decided to try Eclipse Azul and it was an experience we won’t forget. The restaurant in Woodstock/Holly Springs is clean, and the service is above average with friendly attentive waiters. The food is another story - AWFUL. I spent most of my youth living with and around Mexicans and have eaten at numerous restaurants throughout Mexico. I am not an expert but I am clear on how certain foods are prepared and should taste. My combination meal was a tostada and a chili relleno. Eclipse’s beef tostada is a small diameter, flat soft corn tortilla with ground beef (hamburger) lettuce pieces and sour cream. That’s it! It was tiny, incomplete and tasteless. I have eaten hundreds of tostadas and this was the worst. Their chile relleno was also small and chewy. Other than being small the chili (actually a pepper) was not properly cooked or old making it tough. For the price I was expecting a quality meal. Eclipse was a big disappointment.
I really love Mexicali Dip! The mix of flavors and textures is just perfect. It's a must-have at our gatherings, and everyone wants to know how to make it. Love it.
