Great service. Great happy hour drinks and prices. Great list of apps and salads. The Lobster Cigars were a little more like cigarillos, very small but enjoyable enough. The salad was good. The steak was a ribeye but it didn't have a ton of that expected beefy fatty flavor. Was hoping for more. The wood smoke was definitely apparent though. The mushroom Rockefeller and crunch onion strings of sorts that it came with did very little for the steak though. All in all, I would recommend and go back. But as a mid-westerner, it was not a great steak in my opinion, flavor wise. The cook though at medium rare, was perfection! Compliments to that cook!
Absolutely loved this restaurant
Went there for brunch on a Saturday morning. Place was dead. Service, drinks and food was basic. Not a spot if you like brunch with atmosphere.
Very loud. The server was good & not very attentive. They also don't bring the steaks to show you like the Summerlin location. Reservation is needed because they are busy & ot os pretty loud. Our food was very good.
This was our 4th visit to Echo & Rig and the food is consistent, along with the service. We came for brunch, sat at the not very busy bar and enjoyed the steak frites, portobello fries, thick cut bacon and the short rib hash. Everything was generally good, service was good overall, but the bartender forgot to make my 2nd drink and I had to ask another bartender instead. The TVs in the bar could be better place, as only certain sides of the bar can see them.
Great steaks, wine and excellent customer service.
