I went here yesterday for my birthday. It was a super busy place. I was impressed by the nice bar. We waited a while and then got a room. The room was quite good and the sound was very good. However, the selection of songs was very limited. It was hard to find even standard songs. For instance, there was nothing at all by Kings of Leon, which are a popular band. The versions of the songs were often weak, Muzak sounding versions. The device that you needed to select the songs to play was very awkward and not user friendly at all. Finally, you had to pay cash for everything which is annoying. I would not go back to Echo Karaoke.
Choose another venue. Very limited song choices and useless tablet software that requires every song be individually played. Isn’t song queueing the point of karaoke?
They were very welcoming, flexible, and friendly :) About 15-20 minutes in, we had a problem with the wired mic and told the front desk about it. They sent someone to fix it within 5-10 minutes, and gave us about 30 minutes of complimentary time, though we didn't ask for it. Will definitely be going back!
Good service, but rooms need to be updated. Booked a grand stage room for 20 people and was provided only two mics. The karaoke system itself also only had a tiny selection of new (within the last three years) songs.
