We’ve been there a bunch of times and it was always great. This time not so much. Our waitress was more concerned with her boyfriend than doing her job. I received an overcooked steak and cold mashed potatoes. Not going below 4 stars because every other time was a great experience.

Food drinks and service were very good.

Parking: Only bad thing about the place.

Staff is always friendly and the food is great!

Elvated Pub food done right, prices are affordable and you can get a very decent entree and not break the bank, this place is a nice little Hidden Gem and if you're off the beaten path take the time and visit Ebenezer's.

Very disappointed , I am disabled & tried to use coupon from clipper. $20 for $40 worth of food. Wheni got there after being told on phone to just bring coupon . When I got there I was told I had to download something . Told personal I was kinda bad at that & asked 3 girls your employees 4 help . They all just looked at me and said " I don't no how" after trying unsuccessfully 4 10 minutes I left . So you lost a sale . The bar & restaurant had barely anyone so they weren't busy . Just neglectful & couldn't be bothered to even try to assist me. Today is 8/11/23 & I was there at 5:00PM to pick up my order . Sorry but looks like I will not be a patron of Ebenezer ale house on Seneca St West Seneca anytime soon . Staff needs to realize that the customer comes before all !! I would appreciate a return message that this was viewed .

Way to loud to enjoy dinner

It became clear quickly that this place is not for a serious talk,as it was so noisy. We had to move in order to hear each other. I wouldn't go back.
