Used to be great but definitely gone downhill . Portions smaller, prices a lot higher, just not what it was with previous owners.

The fish is, I think, one of the best in Norwich.

This is the best chip shop hands down in Eaton Cringleford Hethersett, South Norwich! The staff are very attentive and the food is very fresh and delicious unlike a few others who reheat their afternoon batch of chips! If you're in Cringleford Eaton Hethersett, South Norwich, this is your craving place for a chipshop. Such a warm welcome on entry and always leave feeling good knowing that what was ordered is made without any problems on getting home. Order fresh, eat fresh, feel fulfilled, with no funny tummy. The chip shop is normally cash only but I think they may have a card machine now but best to be prepared, although Waitrose has a cash machine very nearby. Be prepared to wait as it gets very busy!
