EatMyTaco / Birria ATL

I ordered for the first time and it was my last. I placed my order at 7:12pm thru GrubHub. My delivery time changed 3 times due to a delay. I didn't receive my order until 9:03 pm. I had a taste for Birria tacos. My Birrias and consomme' dipping had a horrible burnt taste. The meat was dry and too salty.. There was no other spices besides salt and it was not stew type. I had to throw my food away. What a waste. I normally go to a place in Norcross . They have THE BEST and I do mean THE BEST Birria tacos and consomme ' dipping I have tasted so far. VERY irritated with Birria -Atl or Eat my Taco whatever their name is.

Edit: Changing my 5 star to 1 star. I have lived in Atlanta for a little over a year now and this place has progressively gotten worse. Please do not waste your money here. Any Hispanic knows that these people have stopped using the chiles required to make this dish. They’re just creating pot roast and using the broth as “consommé”. Honestly, so disrespectful to the cuisine, very misleading. I could literally have a better beef taco at Taco Bell. I gave this place many many chances. A year ago they really were good. But they progressively got worse. First, the tortillas got smaller (didn’t know that was possible) and now they aren’t even CLOSE to quesabirria. All this place sells is birria but they don’t have birria? Doesn’t make sense. Just go to Chipotle, Rreal Taco, or Pretty Little Tacos. *** 1 year ago Honestly I do not understand why the ratings on this place is so low. I assume this place has multiple restaurant names, so they cook various foods in the same place. I thought it was very untraditional so I admire that this place stuck out their neck for that. I tried Birria-ATL. I ordered off of doordash because I could not find a reputable place for birria tacos near me. I originally searched on Google and broke down after a tough search. I overlooked this place because the reviews are bad and the available pictures were less than appetizing. I had no idea this was the place I ordered from until I actually searched to leave a review. The birria tacos I had were hands down the best birria tacos I have had. I have made birria tacos on my own and these tacos cut it real close to homemade. Although I do not think they used Oaxaca cheese, it was still very tasty. I plan to visit this place again and update with the pictures of their very beautiful birria dishes. (: They were small, $10 for 3 tacos, but trust me... in order to make this dish, it requires labor. I have no qualms with the price considering how filling and delicious it was. I am a critic. I checked my bag after I got in my car and taste tested it. It was so good I sat in my car slurping and munching, enjoying even the lime they provide. The consommé was delicious. The beef was juicy. The tortillas were nice and crisp. Do not believe these critical people. Restaurants have bad days. I believe this business will do very well, especially considering how kind and welcoming the customer service is. Fast and delightful. Just get you some. Live a little and have some tacos. ☺️

Presentation was awful, but the food was great.

Terrible! Old & cold! People should have more pride in what they’re serving. Just sad & of course never going back. The sad thing is my daughter was excited about eating here b/c of the pictures.

It’s part of a place with a lot of eateries so there’s not really a place to sit. I love their food, especially the birria tacos, but they will be randomly closed when their hours say they should be open. If they had more consistent hours, it’d be an easy 5 star.

YET ANOTHER VIRTUAL EATERY THAT NEVER SEEMS TO EXIST!!!!!! AND WHEN THEY DO……THEY COMPLETELY DROP THE BALL. TOO MANY MISTAKES TO MENTION. HOLD THESE TYPES OF PLACES ACCOUNTABLE. DONT PATRONIZE THEM.

What a great place a lot of restaurants in one place

Pick up was 10:19 I didn’t get my food till after 11pm and kept it’s the next after like 8 orders came up before mine and I ordered online and left ten mins after I ordered
