Es el paraíso para los amantes de la comida italiana y del buen comer. Desde lo dulce a lo salado, todos productos de muy buena calidad.
Where's that Italian hospitality? My wife and I are here in NYC on vacation from Melbourne, Australia. With limited time remaining to us in this wonderful city, we had arranged to meet with friends (New Jersey locals) for dinner at Eataly NYC Downtown. Arriving slightly early for the reservation made by our friends, we made our way to the front of house person, only to be asked to wait outside of the dining area until they arrived. Not at all welcoming! Where was the hospitality and sophistication, not to mention good manners? Rather than to stand around waiting, we walked to pass the time until our friends texted to say they were seated, at which point we were allowed to join them. The food was pretty average, honestly - and Italian usually is a favorite with us; the prices quite high. The location, however, is certainly impressive, and we enjoyed our night despite the disappointing start.
Wir waren zweimal während unserem Aufenthalt in NY hier essen. Die Pizza ist super, man hat allerdings das Gefühl direkt nach dem Essen gehen zu müssen wegen dem starken Andrang an Gästen.
Pretty mediocre Italian restaurant at expensive prices. Can't say more about the market though.
Great supermarket and restaurants! So great! Fancy, excellent quality!! I love it!! It is another level!! So graceful!!
Wr arrived around 6:45 p.m. and had a drink at the bar. We were seated by 7:10. The waiter was fantastic, he knew the menu very well and even shared details of recipes. The table was next to the large windows, with a beautiful NYC view. Food was lovely. We had pasta and pizza with beer and wine. Specifically, ravioli, spaghetti cacio e pepe, squash pizza, and pappardelle al funghi. It was a great night. Vegetarian options: Mostly pizza for vegetarians, not vegans
Authentic Italian food - small (good) portions
Busy location, unfriendly staff
