Highly recommend

I didn't like automatically being charged a 'convenience fee' aka credit card fee without being told. I only noticed this while reviewing the receipt back at home. Portion sizes could be a bit larger. However, staff was friendly.

I have been eating here for years as I live in west Houston. However, the new owner is SUPER cool and his NEW chef cooks SUPER MASARAP! Today, I had best Kare Kare and sisig in town. Call early because they sell out quick. Took me weekends of calling late to show up early Last time I had Kare Kare, pares and sinigang soup yummy. Salamat po! @rvotbeats on YouTube.

The wife and I haven't eaten here for the longest time, and the quality changed dramatically. The sisig is borderline bland with no spice. Compared to the first time eating here a year ago, it had a nice smokey taste. The wife wasn't too happy either with her meal as well and can agree that the recipe or cook changed. Service is still great with the friendly staff and hearty portions.
