The pretzel and brautwurst is so good!

I'm writing this review with sadness as I love Easy Tiger as a whole. In fact its one of my favorite places in Austin. When I met my friends yesterday, I had dinner and walked out to take my small service animal to the restroom with a friend. Upon walking in we were greeted with a smile and then the most fake, ignorant look i've ever seen someone make to a patron spending money at their establishment. Never will I ever bring my business back here. What a shame.

It’s a beautiful space, and the food is alright, but it’s definitely not worth what they charge. I was out $35 for one cocktail and a soft pretzel. I’m also from Philly, and I was really craving a nice soft pretzel, but every time I get one from Easy Tiger it’s overcooked. The outside is crunchy and dark, which is not what you want with a soft pretzel!! It makes me sad every time.

Magnificent outdoor spaces for all to enjoy, coupled with great bakery and beer options one would expect from the Easy Tiger legacy.

Horrible service. Got seated at 2:31pm, left at 2:52pm; place was not busy, every waiter & 2 managers walked by and nobody checked to see if we’ve been helped. Nobody acknowledged us once, no eye-contact, and not a single word was spoken to us. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Wow, what a debacle this place is...I’m reading a few recent reviews, $23 for a pastrami sandwich, served with no pickle, and little meat inside. And see they were acquired by a company when the expansions happened. Seems the cost of the pathetic néw layer of management is wrecking what was an amazing local eatery. Bye Wimpy Tiger. Review 9 months ago: I called during opening month and asked to speak to a manager, the employees would not connect me. Bad mojo. Hope it changes!
