Absolutely outstanding to say the least. The atmosphere was GREAT. The food was PHENOMINAL, and our waitress was absolutely amazing! Our waitress was Rachel B., and she was polite, friendly, courteous, and VERY personable. This was my first trip to East Side Mario's in years. We will DEFINITELY be going back, and HIGHLY recommend them! Parking: More than ample parking, and it was free. Kid-friendliness: There were quite a few Families dining in. Very kid friendly.

Busy Saturday night dinner. No reservations accepted. Arrived and seated almost immediately. Courteous service. Quality meals. Friendly staff. No pressure to leave post meals despite it being busy.

HUGE UPGRADE! I haven't been to this East Side Mario's in probably a year, and now I will be returning often. The food and service have improved remarkably, it is nothing like the old one I knew. Our food came out steaming hot and tasted perfect! The shrimp here is the best I have ever had, and the OG Hells Kitchen Chicken is unmatched. Our waiter was great and basically read our minds. The only critique is our alcoholic beverages were not great, didn't taste too fresh or look like the pictures they have on the drink menu. We will be back for food though!

We all enjoyed our meals. Its a chain restaurant and they don't really vary. Their Italian wedding soup is still the best ever.
