East of Chicago

On several occasions I ordered pizza a little under cooked and got home to find out that it was well over cooked. They also shorted me the garlic dip I payed for more than once.

Ordered a pizza with half meat as one vegetarian and one meat eater sharing and they put the meat on the whole pizza, called and they are saying they can send one as It was ordered but not for an hour 1st time ordering here and the last can't even pay attention to simple direction! Not difficult to put meat only on half not the whole thing

Very disappointed! Tried ordering 2 12in subs for 17.49 and they tried charging us 18.99. They would not honor their online coupon that didn't expire until the end of the month!

Always delicious and the employees are so kind!

So far, the food and service has always been good. We love that we have a local East of Chicago. They keep the premises nicely updated and clean, the people have been friendly, and our pizzas have always been hot and made correctly.

Ordered delivery, drivers are always on time, very respectful. Parking: 25 or so spots, easy accessibility to building. Wheelchair accessibility: All level , ramps, wide doors.

Great food but can’t deliver 5.1miles even for 20$tip pathetic.

Okay, so I heard lots of good things about this place because my fiancé had used to work here. I decided to give it a shot- big mistake. So, to get things started- the woman who took my order had a very big attitude and even went as far as telling me I didn’t need to “order this much food” (I only ordered 7 pizzas for my daughters party) but anyways, I finally picked up my order after about 30 minutes of waiting, and when I did, there was a long piece of of hair in one of my pizzas and some white stuff that looked like mucus or something. I threw the pizza away and was very skeptical about the other pizzas so I threw them away. When I went up to the counter and asked what was going on with the way my pizza was, all of the workers just ignored me and I swear I saw one of them in the back flip me off and roll their eyes. I eventually just left- not going here ever again.

the manager is a complete a hole and she doesn’t wanna help anyone what so ever she has a huge attitude as well this is the worst service ive ever had at a pizza place i swear to god i was about to jump out the window of my car and beat her up, she dropped my hot pizza all over my car and now im never coming back to his horrible place.
