Food was good. There was an issue with staff so it took a really long time to get our meal and we had to have then box it up for us.
The food was amazing but the server bryan literally lost our friend’s card not once, but TWICE. After trying to find it after several long minutes, they came up to us with a different card, and asked us if it was their card, and of course, it was not. Great food, but service needs immense improvements.
the food was delicious but the service was terrible. had a relatively decent experience until it was time to pay. the server was confused with the bills and which card paid for what when my group had made it very easy for him to run our cards. he ended up losing my friends card not only once, but twice. my friend did not get his card back in his hands after giving the server his card to pay. while looking for my friends card, a different staff member came over to ask if the card she had was our missing card, but it was someone else’s missing card not in our group. this is not the way to run a business and we all felt that the staff was extremely unprofessional. we will definitely not be giving East Moon our business again.
Waited 10 minutes and no one came to seat us. Terrible service.
Food is good as is the service. One thing to mention is they say "lunch/Happy Hour" ends at 3:00 which is not accurate. I came in at 3:43 and was seated and ready to order by 3:50, the waiter told me that their computers switch over to dinner and they cannot provide me with the Lunch/HH prices - the order went in their system at 2:57 and they refused to uphold their 11-3 lunch prices. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal but really? The time says 11-3, just give the customer $10 off and move on with your day or change your Lunch/HH hours to 11-2:50. Really isn't that difficult or worth a two star review to be honest.
