I was just there with a couple fo coworkers to grab a quick drink, we got there and ordered through the app, my two coworkers got their cocktails and I waited 50min for mine, I asked 2 times and they kept saying they will make it which they never did, other people who came after me enjoyed the same drink while I was just waiting, my friends finished their drinks so I ended up asking for a a shot( I didn’t want to bother with the whole refund thing) and ended up leaving. They should either hire more people or teach their staff to prioritize who ordered first. Atmosphere and music is great. I may give it another chance.

Was here last night and the last time I had been was pre-pandemic. While the place was pretty packed for a Friday, the overall service was really disappointing. After waiting at the bar for 30 minutes to order drinks and food, we were finally served. This is not after several other guests were served multiple times at the bar. Our bartender was overwhelmed and the other bartender was just serving drinks to her friends leaving the rest of the bar hanging. Once we got our order in, we paid ahead of time and then proceeded to wait longer for our drinks and food, they said it would be ready in 10 minutes! Total of 40 minutes at this bar without drinks or food...it was pretty appalling. I think what makes it worse is that I am actually South Asian and then menu/vibe feels like cultural appropriation. But the irony was that us South Asians were not even served! We ended up asking for a refund, which the manager provided, and left promptly. I really wanted to treat my partner out here, but I unfortunately it's a no for me moving forward.

A pretty poor experience. Unlikely to return. Stopped by for drinks before a show at the Greek. Waited to be seated because a sign told us to wait but staff later told us it was open seating. Table was sticky - unsure if it had been bussed. Used a QR code to order 2 drinks which took 30 minutes to come out. Both drinks were pretty underwhelming. They were clearly understaffed that day.

Really good makhni sauce, the bartender was hammered, the bathroom soap has not been refilled in months, decor was nice...

Omg, how is the fried chicken batter so good? The cucumber gimlet is amazing, "like a walk through the garden" says my friend
