My boyfriend and I came here and ate a late lunch. We were pleasantly surprised that it was all vegan except one item on the menu. The food was delicious and the staff were nice and friendly. The dining area and front bar have a modern minimalist vibe. They also look to be opening a backyard patio dining area. March 2023 update: changed to all vegan which is even better!

Good food & great hospitality. Clean establishment. The hostess was knowledgeable of the foods & gave recommendations. I would recommend a try

We went to dinner here on a Friday night. We sat outdoors in the backyard patio- it was an oasis. We had falafel , guac an chips. Both apps were VERY delicious! The dosa battered cauliflower is a MUST TRY! The lions main sandwich is savory! Loved how all the flavors came together. The quesadillas were another hit! We didn’t have a dish we didn’t love. Will definitely be back here soon!

Such amazing vegan food! The vegan chick'n is one of the best I ever had. So many unique options (like the dosa cauliflower bites). Backyard patio is a beautiful place to have a meal. Definitely coming back soon!!!

I really appreciate that there is a vegetarian (actually, vegan!) restaurant in park slope, and the food is decent relative to the neighborhood options. I do wish it were healthier - everything is so carb heavy and I’d like to see more protein incorporated on the menu. I’m not usually a fried rice fan but I liked their version and the addition of “meatballs” was tasty (did not taste anything like meat, phew). I like that they have tofu in the rice and would love to see the tofu portion size a bit larger (the overall dish was a big portion). The nachos were good and they were quite generous with the toppings. It’s always nice to get to the bottom of the pile of chips and not run out of toppings. The empanadas were also pretty good and well filled. Our server was very sweet. The food took quite a while to come out and then we realized she was also actually making some food items on the job, so it seems like they are maybe understaffed. We wouldn’t go there if we are trying to do a quick dinner. The outdoor patio is a cute spot for a long relaxing meal anyways!

Food was tasty but the portions were very small compared to the price. The empanadas had barely any filling. I understand not wanting to overfill the Empanada but the half empanada I ate had no chorizo in it. The potatoes- best thing on the menu. Delicious and crispy. But again- too small of a portion. The main dish we had - tofu scramble arepa- was very runny. It seems they use silken tofu for the scramble which resulted in runny "eggs". The arepa itself was a bit bland- needed more salt/butter to be like a true Venezuelan arepa. The space itself is a little cramped and run down- cobwebs were gathered in the ceiling corners, floors were dirty and not well maintained. They need to do a better job of cleaning the dining area.
