Excellent service and environment! Really good drinks. The food was, unfortunately, in line with what we had heard: not good. Sauce in places you simply don’t need. Would love to come back for a drink sometime maybe

Came for a quick brunch but didn’t care the their pancakes , very under done. The eggs were perfection. Very great place to stop in for a decent meal. The drinks were money!! Josh was an amazing bartender and he mixed my drink perfectly! Great customers from the time I stepped into this place and left.

Staff and the drinks are on point. The prior chef was great but with the new chef I don't want to come back. This place can come back around but whoever is plating and cooking needs to add flavor style and better every thing.

Had dinner at Earnest in Nashville tonight. Food and atmosphere were both great. We got the mussels to start. For dinner we each got prime rib but I got the beef and he got the pork. Shared the chocolate torte with blueberry coulis. The mussels were good but needed some additional seasoning in the sauce. The mac and cheese was good but once again just missing some pop of seasoning or flavor. Our dinners were both amazing and so was the dessert.

Small well executed menu. Don't skip the brussel sprouts. Korean chicken was good but will try a steak next time. Scallops were also nice. Friendly service and beautiful atmosphere.

Overall a good experience- cocktails which are not really my thing really shined here- the Steve McQueen was great and my wife had a gin cocktail that was amazing. I also enjoyed the Irish coffee after dinner- French press was a nice touch. I was disappointed in a lack of a whiskey list. It was produced but it took a good 25 mins to reach our table. The food was good- most notably the wedge salad. The ribeye was good and cooked correctly, but not overly hot when I received it. Server was very cool but may have been stretched too thin. My biggest complaint is the bar volume- I think I expected something a bit more intimate and our party had to scream at each other to hear. Cool place overall- would go back. Parking: Would suggest valet be added -lot was super muddy and lots of pot holes.

My husband and I tried brunch today. Both our dishes had issues. The poutine Benedict made no mention of hot sauce on the menu, but it came smotherd in it. The brie, prosciutto, and arugula open faced sandwich was blah and the brie was nowhere to be found. Apparently they use a brie drizzle. Server Savannah was the only highpoint of this visit. She was wonderful and did her best to overcome the challenges in the kitchen.
