I was disappointed... Food was Luke warm... Waitress not great at keeping water filled... At the end I ordered the apple bread pudding... The bottom was burned black. I'm not one to send back food. I paid... Above avg tip... But I won't return..
Came for breakfast and was disappointed with the quality of the food and coffee. The breakfast potato slices were hard and tired looking—seemed like they had been cooked a while ago and warmed up. One of the omelets looked and tasted like a pre-made omelette from the frozen food section of the grocery store—I’m sure it wasn’t, but it had that consistency and taste to it. We also had the chicken biscuit, and the chicken was pretty dry and tough. Overall the food wasn’t good. The service just met the mark for average. The place was pretty empty, but it was still tough to get the server’s attention to pay, or to get a refill of water.
Food was pretty good however the service was absolutely awful. Our waitress did not even greet us and was upset that we took longer than 5 minutes to look over the menu. When we ordered drinks she interrogated us for a while because we all had out of state IDs making us all extremely uncomfortable. We were the only people in the restaurant and as we waited for our food we were lucky enough to hear our waitress loudly talking bad about her coworkers and other customers, including people who had left her bad reviews. Owners need to evaluate their employees.
came in on my birthday and had a wonderful breakfast thanks to kate! will be back when i’m in town, great service :)
Katerina is one of the best servers I have encountered anywhere. What a lovely lady and superb team member!!!!!
Their breakfast 5 star Dinner is very good Had fish and chips they were verygood Didn't like the bread pudding and I love most bread pudding.
The Yam Scram and the Banana Pudding Biscuit French were amazing. Tried the seasonal mimosa flight as well. Lovely outdoor seating area.
very overpriced for the quantity of food served. long wait time. spent over an hour and a half at brunch on a Wednesday afternoon (not busy at all). don’t get the bow to the king. the biscuits are okay but not nearly enough food for the price. waitress was valid though.
Don’t sleep on Early Girl! Rachel, our server was so much fun and the food was incredible! We live right down the street in West Asheville and have come occasionally, but this will definitely be on a regular rotation, and you can take the at from an Asheville local. My boy had the Apple Cinnamon Bacon Biscuit French and it was the hit of the table. 5 stars, highly recommend Dietary restrictions: My wife is gluten free and the fried chicken and waffles being gluten free regardless is very good! Kid-friendliness: 2 boys, ages 9 and 7, wide booths Wheelchair accessibility: My mother in law uses a walker and it was really accessible
