Earls Kitchen + Bar

Love Earls, it’s my favourite restaurant. But haven’t been to this location before. As we walked in the hostess at the front was very welcoming. I said I had a reservation and she checked in on it, asked us if we wanted to sit in the lounge or dining room, even though I did say dining room on the reservation… the only reason why I’m mentioning this is because we didn’t have a table ready for us, even though we had a reservation. But the girls were quick to make the situation right and we got sat very quick. The host that walked us to our table was super sweet and very kind. When we got seated we were greeted by our server and he was really nice. Got our appetizer super fast and our first round of drinks, tried the lychee tini… so yummy! I usually get the oven roasted salmon, which is incredible, but got recommended the ahi tuna poke bowl by my sister who works there and man it did not disappoint. Definitely recommend the white sangria with watermelon slush and to end off the night, the Marlyn Monroe. Overall was a great evening and felt super comfortable the whole time! Will be back at this location for sure!! Can’t wait.

Decent selection of drinks during happy hour. The interior/vibe was nice and the seating was comfortable. Service here was also decent. Our server was friendly with a great attitude (forgot her name but she had a tattoo of a cat silhouette on her arm). My friend and I came here for some drinks and happy hour food during the Easter long weekend. We both ordered personal sized pizzas off their happy hour menu and my friend also ordered one sushi taco. What we ordered: - x1 sushi taco - West Coast Prawn Pizza - Tropic Thunder Pizza - x2 classic margaritas (mango/strawberry) - rhino draft I ordered the West Coast Prawn Pizza and personally I found it good. It was exactly what I expected it to be. My Indian friend ordered the Tropic Thunder Pizza and he absolutely hated it! His inner Ramsey was kicking in and he was very close to sending this abomination of a pizza back to the kitchen! His pizza was a soggy mess! He felt so unsatisfied he started craving fried chicken at a different restaurant... I felt bad for my Indian friend since my prawn pizza turned out fine and his looked like a soggy roti drenched in tomato sauce! The name of his pizza should be called Tropical Storm cause it looked like it was hit by a storm! I mean seriously...how does one mess up such a simple pizza? It looked worst than frozen pizza! Unfortunately, my Indian friend will have to go back to his country thinking about his terrible experience at this establishment. Anyways aside from that, everything else was good! I enjoyed what I ordered, but since I had company I think it's fair to review everything that was served on our table.

Overall - 4 Stars. It was my first time at this location, I have visited other branch, It could be better, the food was okay. The server was nice and very helpful. The atmosphere, again it could be better.

"CHICKEN PIECES IN MY VEGETARIAN HUNAN KUNG PAO BOWL" Had the most traumatizing experience at Earls tonight. My husband and I went for our last date before we deliver our baby, imagining it to be the perfect night out. Our perfect night took a wrong turn when I noticed small CHICKEN pieces in my "VEGETARIAN" Hunan Kung Pao bowl. We both are strictly vegetarian, never tasted MEAT in our lives. I am very much traumatized due to the fact that I fed my unborn baby MEAT. The manager and the server were super friendly and gave us a credit for the bill and we really appreciate it, but it does not make up for the all the trauma I went through tonight. It may seem like a small thing but as a strictly vegetarian person due to religious reasons, it is very very traumatizing. I will make sure I make aware about this to all my VEGAN and VEGETARIAN friends and family.

Everything was good, food and service wise. Brunch happy hour has great prices too. Covid-19 prepared, hand sanitizer available. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't the wait when we arrived, no one seem to notice we arrived and we were waiting quite a bit, to be seated, and there was no lineup. Otherwise, great place overall.
