Great place to celebrate any type of occasions, our server was amazing!!
We dined at Earl's Richmond this past Friday evening and we both had the truffled parmesan chicken. Absolutly excellent meal. Paired with a nice bottle of white wine. Served by Joey who was attentive and fun, great personality and contributed to a great evening for my wife and I. Manager Jericho stopped by to say hello and check on us as he always does. Another great personality. We have been to many of the Earl's locations but Earl's Richmond is always a step above the others when it comes to service. Doug & Marina
Jericho the manager made our experience great!
Food was mediocre, especially for the price. Pizza was the biggest letdown as it was mostly just crust with a lot of big, burnt bubbles that had no toppings. Definitely not worth the money. To make it worse, service was almost non-existent. Had to keep flagging down other staff members for refills or even for the cheque as our server almost never came by. Really don't recommend coming here.
Ordered the Hunan Kung Pao and it was the best tasting ever, also the Chicken Biryani is amazing
With severe allergies, I love how I can always count on the Earl’s team to keep me safe while still providing enjoyable food. Decent parking but the room can be quite noisy if you’re sensitive to louder ambiance Dietary restrictions: Very strict policies on food handling to accommodate for most Big 8 allergies & restrictions.
The server asked which type of water I wanted, and didn’t mention that sparkling was $6. I didn’t mind paying the extra, but not letting the customer know until it comes up on their bill is kind of sketchy personally. Won’t be coming back..
not very nice, when you said its 40 mins wait, and half of your tables are empty. If you short on staff, try hiring. If you don't like Asian client, then don't open at landown.
Who would have thought the place would be so hopping on a rainy weekday morning in Richmond? Luckily we slid in w no resos, just at the start of the lunch crowd. By noon, every table of this surprisingly large restaurant was filled and some people were lined up at the door. Despite the busy-ness, our orders were served relatively quickly. Food was fresh, service warm and sincere. We enjoyed the whole experience.
