WORST SERVICE EVER. I had the worst service experience ever. I finished ordering everything and then waited for over 1 hour and a half just to get only a salad. When I told my server about how bad the service was, she didn’t even care.
I used to love coming to Earls at any time. Today, I decided that they do not understand that I choose to spend money here. At 10:30 am, the place was 98% empty. I dont like to have to explain why I dont lihe to be sat in a minuscule spot and also almost sharing tables with another couple when there is plenty of room They changed my spot 3 times and decided to leave because i want to enjoy not get pushed around. I dont know what's happening to this place, but i won't be coming back anytime soon. What a shame
Came here on a Tuesday during lunch hour. Not busy and no wait. Staff ate very friendly and consistent. The food is great.
This is their $20 brunch special for chicken and waffles. Probably the worst I've ever seen.
We heard great things about Happy hour Especially the Gluten free options.. location and service is really good. This is not a low budget hapoy hour. but the selection of food options and drinks is really good. An extensive multi- cultural menu. Definitely the best spot to go after late afternoon shopping during g the week
Carlos and Gaby are the best bartenders here !! Always come on Monday nights and their hospitality for me and my wife are always great !! Highly suggest Monday nights with them both working !! Great drinks alway from both of them !!
Well, I returned last night to impress a friend. My 7pm reservation was honored at 7:26pm. My waiter, DJ, was absent. And brought the 3 drinks 1 at a time. The med rare steak was medium. The fries saved the experience in the restaurant, however after sitting on the balcony, security looked us in the eye as they locked us on the balcony... as the temperature dropped. The mall's security was belligerent and incompetent, to include ebony. The police were ultimately called to get us free. The restaurant manager, while merely 10 ft away, refused to help. Stay away, apparently the charm and care of Earl's has transformed into the new Bahama breeze.
