Food was ok. Had 1 strip of bacon on my sandwich. The service was horrible, I asked for my food after 20 min of wait and she had the nerve to give me attitude. Asked for a latte was given an Americano told the machine didn't work but was charged for it anyways. Overall next time I'll rather wait in Starbucks.
If I can give a minus -1 I will put ! It These lady’s that work on the miami international are really rude ! I can believe they have employees working in a place like this !
Well the sandwich was decent , but I was floored by the staff who barely speaks English, but managed to ask me to pay extra for an extra slice of pickle with my Cuban sandwich , which already cost me$15 Dear Saida, you should learn a thing or two about customer service. As for the establishment … I know we are all captive audience at the airport , but carting about your clients never hurts ! I know I’ll not get another sandwich there .. ever The pickle left sour taste in my mouth
I found this little restaurant while trying to find food before my flight. Let me first start by saying that, while our interaction With the staff was limited, they were nice. The options for sandwiches shown online were quite different than the options available at the restaurant. I went ahead and ordered two bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches and two coffees anyway. The coffees were piping hot which I hoped was a good sign as my husband and I needed the morning pick me ups. Unfortunately it was very watered down-compare it to when you try to brew coffee in your keurig but forget to change the old pod out. We didn’t finish them but were hopeful the sandwiches would redeem our morning. Once again, disappointment. The buns used seemed to be a day old, the bacon was crumbly and flavorless, and the egg was dry. They also put a squirt of what we could only make out as being honey mustard (?). We are the bacon off the sandwich and threw everything else away.
Ordered chicken Caesar salad. Lettuce was old and wilted. Exchanged for another one with less wilted lettuce. Chicken was processed. Croutons were soggy.
Total cluster F…. Used automatic order machine. The machine hit my credit card for 7 charges. 25 minutes later. My order was never worked. Manager totally incompetent. Left for flight with NO food. Earl of Sandwich should be avoided.

Sandwiches are wonderful. Beside awful service at Miami airport and the new trend is that I am receiving sandwiches with either missing ingredients or ingredients that I ask to be left out because of allergies are being ignored. Almost had a medical emergency because of the negligence. Overall I would not recommend…too many chances being taken.
