Walked in was being stared at like they ain't never seen a Mexican before. I proceeded to ask if they had Pastrami was told no but next door did.... You know what was next door? MEXICAN EATERY SPOT! If I felt like a torta, tacos, taquitos, etc I would have went next door... I was craving a Pastrami sandwich but dawn Earl (of sandwich) your racist as hel!!!

It was our first time there but not our last. The Cuban sandwich was so good I bought one to take home for supper.

Worst experience. The cashier,older guy messed up on the order and charged us more...selection of bread was messed too.Soup was cold.Very poor experience!

Holiday Turkey on wheat is godly. Super clean restaurant too. Even the restroom's immaculate.

Love their food.

The food was delicious. Our server was very friendly and the store was immaculate clean. We will be back. Thank you.

Sandwiches are good and reasonable price they could work on their customer service but other than that I like coming here

I'm writing this message because I had a terrible experience with this location on rainbow...I order 4 sandwiches and a soup.... let me just say all my food was wrong .I went back in to tell the person at the counter my orders where wrong...he gave me so much attitude I ended up just asking for a refund.... with out getting into too much detail both the manager and the other employee tried to scam me...he acted he was found the refund and asked for my card .then the manager starts yelling for me to sign very urgently and pushy...I stop and look at the receipt and ask where does it say "REFUND AT" the employee without even looking says OH I messed up...do you know he charged me another 54.65 . I was in shock they tried to play me...he ask for my card again ..this time he prints a lot of reviews out after punching lots of stuff on his computer has me sign two receipts saying refund each for 54.65....I sign and leave...now I'm just patiently waiting for both refunds... let me also add I recorded the interaction on my phone of them yelling at me and everything and him trying to get over on me

More like the Earl of panini... Quite a disappointment when I was expecting something a lot more like Capriotti's Bobby ... This mess turned out more like a turkey salad sandwich...
